    Attention College Athletes
I'm getting sick and tired of the threads and discussion "Pay College Athletes"....

    Fukk that.

If you're a superior athlete, then just keep your nose clean for 2-4 years and STFU. You'll be rewarded with a big ass contract and being able to live your dream. It's pretty simple...

Don't get in trouble with the law
    Go to class
    Don't accept ANYTHING for free
    Sign 7-figure contract...

Being a professional athlete IS NOT A RIGHT, it's a privilege.

Also, who the fukk says their not getting paid?? They're getting free room and board and a free education (quarter of a million dollars over 4 years). It's up to the individual if they're going to take advantage of it.

what about all the non nfl college athletes who make the school millions of dollars and are only rewarded by a shitty scholarship. A good example is Tebow, he made florida millions and people werent sure if he was even good enough to play in the nfl.

Tebow was a first round draft pick and will be a starter in the NFL...

      I don't think he's struggling too much.

University of Florida also gave him the opportunity to get his face known to the public, which led to his many endorsement deals.

      Bad example.

It comes out to be like $60/hr these college athletes are receiving in benefits.

of course now we know that but he means back when he was still in college- you know: when they still had the opportunity to pay him as a college athlete

i dont think they should get salaries but they should be allowed to have endorsements.

this is the second pay college athletes thread ive seen in maybe 5 months.

College Athletes should not be paid. They're getting a free college education which is worth more than any payment they'd receive for playing!

"pay college athletes" includes that they can make money off themselves with endorsements. Yet they can't, while universities and clothing companies make millions off their jerseys and merchandise, video games use their "likeness" etc.
