From #4 Pros are able to renew with the book they first used to become an SBR Pro. If this book is no longer an SBR sponsor, you are still eligible to use that book to renew your membership should you choose to do so.

So if you have $200 in BetPhoenix you'll be grandfathered in. Your Bodog account would've had to have been opened through SBR and the deposit you just made was your first one.

If you have accounts at every SBR sponsor that you can possibly make them at and don't have the $200 with BetPhoenix, you can email gopro@sbforum.com and they'll work with you to come up with other options.
