Cant sportsbooks get in trouble....

If they are putting pictures of players on their website, without that players authorization.....

I seem some sites with people dressed as athletes (models). On some sites they have actual players....

If the uniform doesn't show the team or player name or any type of logo you can use the image pretty much for anything... I remember a while back when the place I worked for got in trouble for having NFL players on their site... kept the players but removed logos and and names, after that it was all good.

The biggest model back in the day for any book IMO was Brooke Burke, it was when SB was still a legit book...she was everywhere on the net

Dax, from this post I gather you use to be employed @ Sportsbook.com? If so, what happened to that brand, I use to play at MySportsbook.com about 4 years back and I received large amounts in payouts on a consistent basis without ever having any problems and now I look at their ratings and its in the D range. Stopped using them because of this but never had any problems just wondering what went down for such a well known company to just go to shit in a short span.

If they are players from teams which the book sponsors I expect that it would be part of the deal and quite legit.

Thing with mysportsbook was that SB.com only did Customer Service for them... the rest was handled buy some other entity... That's probably why ur experience with them was a tad bit better.
