Do you ever nominate posts?

I rarely do because I always forget that it is an option. Posters get 10 points or something like that if their post gets nominated 10 times, right? Or do they get more than 10 points?

I have to start nominating good posts more often for my fellow sbr posters.

That was not my intention whatsoever when I started this thread. But it does confirm that you get 10 points when your post is nominated 10 times.

I always wondered how many nominations it took to get points, and how many points. I just didn't feel like searching for the answer. Now we now.

Good topic. I do make use of the feature. In fact, I'd consider myself one of the more prolific post nominators in SBRforum.com posting history. You can view an archive of all nominations here. Having your post nominated 10x equals as many SBRpoints.

I nominate posts all the time, when I am too lazy to comment and agree with that person. I Also nominate when I feel what they have to say should be read by others or is just plain hilarious.
