    Question for the math wizzes
According to accuscore Carlos Zambrano has a 45% chance of having a quality start today and Bud Norris a 41% chance. Using those numbers as a basis: What's the formula to decide what the odds are that both have a quality start? What's the formula to decide what the odds are that neither have a quality start?

    Quality : 0.45 times 0.41.
    Both bad: 0.55 times 0.59.

      Might be: 45/100 * 41/100= 1845/10,000 = 18.45%
      and 55/100 * 59/100 = 3245/10,000 = 32.45%

      That would be my guess.

According to accuscore there's about an 18% chance that both pitchers will have a quality start, it should be an offensive game (in more ways than one with these teams).

They would have most likely already factored that into the O/U. Good luck.

I'm pretty sure this is the answer.
