It's a Ranger Z521. So its actually 20.5 ft.

How much are they paying you to put up an American Flag?

It's not as simple as it sounds. It's a 40 ft one-piece aluminum pole. 10 ft of it has to be set in concrete. So we had to drill a 11 ft pier hole, pour a formed base for it, plus another concrete base for the light that lights it up at night. Trench in the electrical and install a photo-cell so it would come on at dusk. Then had to get our 60 ft trac hoe on the shore to lift it in place. Trust me...its a whole big thing.

II, I doubt it! The timeline doesn't match up. As you imply, the late 1960s and 1970s weren't known for steroids. Greenies, yes, but not steroids.

Nolan was notorious for riding the stationary bike to keep his legs strong. His legs were incredible and provided him the longevity. No way, I don't suspect him of steroids at all. Under your scenario, a dinosaur-like 42-year old Nolan Ryan decided to hit steroids? Doesn't make sense at all. I say No Way.
