Anybody else get a message when they log in to DSI?

The message asks to call customer service number.

They use to pop up messages for bonuses, poker tournaments etc.. But what is this with the phone number

I kept getting that message after I won a pool on DSI last fall. The message kept coming up every time I logged in until I called them and they turned the alert off.

I called them today. They told me that I have to place my bets 30 minutes before the game starts.

Most of my bets are big. And I place them just few mins before the game starts. I think they hedge their big bets on other sites like pinnacle or BetFair....basically trying to reduce exposure. They need some time-frame to hedge.

This 30 minute rule wont probably affect me much. I can place my bets earlier. But thats not my ideal choice

500 on anything some stuff less like mlb 2nd half and team total is less than 500. It is kinda of weird did not even win any money at DSI but I have been kicked out of DSI loyalty program though when I was winning at bookmaker

bookmaker max bet is still 20k though so they do not operate the same not sure about phone limits dont really call in bets.

Haven't logged in there since last years BTP.

You can place higher than 20K on a game they just adjust lines on you at each 20K interval. Has to be done by phone

DSI sucks ever since the feds busted them. However they don't cold call me anymore so at least something good came out of it

DSI is a solid book. Great MLB odds, great payouts, great betting options. I have been happy with them. However, I am not happy with the recent changes. Hope things get better in the future.
