Absolutely no other way to explain that improbable victory by rallying from the grave twice to win!Happy i cashed my ticket with Japan + 1/2 goal before extra time even started but i was willing to let the USA win in extra time or penalty shootout.Possibly the GREATEST soccer match i will ever witness in my lifetime!

Only questionable call i saw went AGAINST Japan
Japan had a breakaway one on one opportunity nullified when the ref called her offside.Announcer stated instant replay showed player WASN'T offside.How many point blank chances did the USA have in the first half when they completely DOMINATED Japan but couldn't even convert into one goal?All the USA had to do was simply win the penalty shootout to redeem themselves from their two late defensive collapses but they only converted one goal.Japan's 12th women carried them to an improbable championship win.I totally agree with your assessment that USA bettors didn't have a case for chokingComment -

USA shoulda easily won this they had plenty of chances and wouldnt of given up the first equalizer if it wasnt for a defensive mishap on usa, they kept fighting and werent put away so u gotta give props to japan, they hung around and gave themselves a shot, and their goalie was sickkk in penalty shots....GO USA, congrats to japan and their countryComment
