This shit was totally fixed. Seriously. Game is tied for what an hour and 10 minutes while they keep the 'hardcore' soccer fans in it. Then they let the US have a goal, and then Japan gets 3 or 4 shots on goal and these heifers on the US team bounce one around 5 feet from their net and let Japan tie it to get it back to an 'interesting' game. Then US does the same thing in the OT, and then Japan gets another dribbler goal to tie it and eventually win on free shots or whatever they call it.

It was a feel good story and a set up for japan that suffered a devastating natural disaster this year. US team sucked and had no business being there but because they figured it would mean some revenue they let them in, then japan (who knows how good or bad that team is) makes it and wins in 'dramatic' fashion.

Vince mcmahion could use whomever is writing this shit for his failing product to help make it a little interesting.
