Righties are hitting .275. against garza and he has been awful when he has had more than 5 days rest before and the marlins lineup is loaded with righties.

Yeah, against some of the worst teams.
But, I guess if I was forced to pick in this game, I would give a slight edge to FL. But Matt Garza has to be getting out of this funk sooner or later.

Alright a stretch I know, but Garza is still a good pitcher. Marlins wish the all-star break would've never come. I like the +180 for the Cubbies to win ATS....not going big on it though (heh, heh, heh)
But whats up with the "best manager in baseball" comment???

Then you really have problems . Why trade your closer? I thought they were actually trying to do something THIS YEAR. Seems like their folding, but with a pretty decent hand

They would have ended up paying F-rod 17 million extra in clause money. Let's be real. Mets aren't doing anything this year. I wish D Wright was healthy so we could get rid of him too. Homeboy never had a clutch hit in his life.

Can't stand it when a team throws in the towel....especially half way through the season. Its like when we see that towel being thrown across the ring in round 8. And for money? The guy's still is a formidable closer. Ya signed him for that because of his potential. I think its more of what happened last season.
Also think if Wright was playing they'd be better. Beltran's hitting the snot out of the ball and Reyes has returned to his all-star form. Now the starting pitching is truly suspect in my opinion, but guess you Met fans will have to wait another year...as usual.
