shari you are an intelligent person, and that is how I know that you were aware of what you were doing when you picked a female name as a username. You knew the attention it brings with it, its the reason why guys post with female usernames, so people will notice them.

Also it seems that every other post you make you try to work in some sort of heartwarming family moment of a mother and her kids. Who does that on a gambling forum? no one

I know some people might read your stories and think 'isnt she a sweatheart?' but others just see it as part of your image building strategy

That account was created well before I ever found SBR. Again, that would've been discovered by doing a search of SBR though. And sometimes I do mention my son but that's because he's what my life consists of. 99% of PT posters talk about booze, chicks and drugs. I'm not involved in any of that so I speak about what I know. Although I've tried to stop doing that lately as I've come to realise that the more I learn about certain posters, the less comfortable I feel sharing much of anything any more. No image for me to build here. I debated changing my name before and probably should've. Maybe I still will in the future. Who knows?

I get where you are coming from, I often use the same username in different places as well and at some point it becomes a habit so you dont think twice about what you are doing

you dont need to change your username, I am not saying you are a dishonest person or that you were looking for attention, all I am saying it can easily seem that way so you should forgive the people that may bring that up

I signed up to say thanks to lakerboy as I'd tailed a few of his plays when my son was in the hospital and didn't have brainpower to even think about bets. I made some great money so thought I'd say thank you and leave. Had lurked here for a year+ before registering and figured I'd disappear again. Name is the same as one of my email addresses that I've had for 10+ years - not a lot of thought put into it. And again, if I could go back in time I'd change it. I used the same name I always do unless I'm posting somewhere I might divulge personal info. If anyone's stupid enough that they wouldn't have figured out I was a woman just by the way I post then I'm not sure what to say. I didn't need a female username for that. Even if she did, why the fuk would you care? It's not like she's your wife or girlfriend, or even remotely related to you, so why should you ideologies and ethics be applied to her? Her way of life is different from your's. Just deal with it and accept it. No need to tar someone just because your lifestyle and your way of thinking is different.
