thanks for this thread, i backed up my mets play with a $300 wager on the TT under 3

i love special line threads, normally these guys have a great angle to be that confident in the play and i usually always tail.

LOL.....I was on the Giants ML so I loved seeing the Mets strand runner after runner all game......OTOH I feel just a litttttlllee bad for the guys like Yisman that had Mets TT or the over......what a frustrating way to lose

Extremely frustrating.

Talk about being extremely unlucky. What are the odds that they would strand so many runners, especially runners in scoring position with less than 2 outs?

Then finally they score a run and it's a solo homer.

Of course the homer couldn't have come when they had 8 baserunners against Cain.

Then after all that, all I needed was a hit from Beltran to push this and win my over, but he fails to come through again.

Then I read the recap and see "Cain (8-5) delivered the latest strong pitching performance for the World Series champions." LOL. That's a strong performance? Low standards.

2nd inning: runner on 2nd, no outs, no score
3rd inning: bases loaded, 2 outs, no score
4th inning: runner on 3rd, 1 out, followed by runners at corners, 2 outs, no score
5th inning: runner at 2nd, no outs, no score
6th inning: runner at 2nd, 2 outs, no score
7th inning: runner on 1st, 2 outs, no score
