my old book back in early 2000s I had back when I was in undergrad had same thing, best way to go if you have the option.. payouts weekly in cash and you have the option to just submit plays via online... best of both worlds

there have been a handful or so but lets consider how many illegal booking operations take place and only to hear of 20 or so, it doesn't happen very often.... the Feds can't track shit on the website, your book like all the others that switch to online hire a PPH that is located in a jurisdiction that allows online gaming, such as CR.... a book that operates PPH can only get busted on paydays, money changing hands from illegal activity so if your runner and you have a good meeting spot and keep it low key or nothing out of the ordinary you will be fine.
