So I have not been gambling for about 2 months now. When I gamble, I am consumed with it. I don't sleep well and I am constantly doing research. As of late I have needed to fill that gap in my life. I have since turned to light beer. I am putting back almost a 12 pack a day.

I have since gained alomst 20 pounds... I think that it is time that I need to get back into sportsbetting... I didnt eat this much and I didnt sleep...
