if you can get yourself some you'll be in for a treat.It is like taking acid but organically without the sh*tty feeling of chemical acid done by some punk in his basement.Unless you know a chemist that will make you some get some shrooms instead.However if you take too much you'll bad trip.I suggest you make yourself a burger(like on the grill) ,a steak or omelet and saute 3 tablespoons of shrooms.It won't look like much but don't worry 1/2hr later you'll be alright,than pour yourself a tall glass of Chivas and 7up and put your feet up in front of good movie.

I've done it a few times... They are fun but it also depends on what kind of mood you are in... I think smoking weed makes it more intense...
Anyway it should not last more then 3-4 hours anyway unless you ate .......like a quarter or something...

been years since i did shrooms, only had them twice, i liked the mellowness of the trip compared to when i did blotter or gel caps or liquid LSD, i found you could just eat and it would help kill the trip, just like when you smoke weed. LSD is a weird drug, or at least for me it was. sometimes my trips were good, and sometimes just nightmares that wouldn't end. schrooms aren't as intense vs. LSD that goes in and out and you don't know when its going to end.
someone mentioned Felix the Cat, i did some Felix in either 92' or 93' , i also liked sunshine, Frosty the Snowman, Betty Boop, and some others i can't remember.Comment -

as for drugs effecting people different ways. i smoked the shit out of weed in my youth, then i started getting panic attacks and weird pains and sometimes thinkin i was dying, so i quit in my mid 20's, it just wasn't fun anymore. i've probably smoked like a handful of times since then, one toke and i'm high for a couple hours vs. in my teens and early 20's when i would smoke all day everyday.Comment -

Used to grow them back in high school. Bought the spores at some head shop. Fun project. I'll never forget the excitement the day we first saw some mushrooms first sprout up.
