How does it make him a non-factor? If they advance, on normal rest he pitches the 1st game in Pittsburgh, Game #3. Just glad he gets the start at home and not @ GAP. Cueto has owned the Bucs, so this is probably going to be a tight game that might be won either with an early mistake or late against the pen.

he only gets 1 gm instead of 2,,dont get so sensitive bout it, fact is if he could pitch 2 vs cards they would probably beat them but he cant so they wont..

I am more worried about getting past the Reds..........

If bucs do get past reds, it will be all but over for the Cards........

10-9 on the season... w/o looking id venture a guess that liriano has won 4 of those gms (sounds right, ive bet him every time vs us),, if they could pitch him twice vs stl cards be cooked, however once is all he gets, gl winning the others.. dont get me wrong nothing would thrill me more than reds winning cause cards would curb stomp them, that said cards will also beat pit in a much tougher series, dont let your homer blood run too deep bro..

should be a heck of a series..stick to my story that im very glad cards only gotta see liriano once.. betting wise it seems pretty easy, chasing cards for 1 win in stl (obviously i hope they win both, lol). then pounding pit in gm 3 when liriano pitches. then back to playing cards

Think how good this pitching staff is now ... think how good it would be if Wandy Rodriguez was healthy. I'm not overlooking STL, but all I am saying this might as well be a full postseason of redemption ... so I hope the Braves beat the Dodgers and allow a shot to permanently burn that Bream BS out of everyone's minds.

Although ya know I don't care how they get there, that would just be the sweet icing on top of the cake.
