Wondering the opinion of the forum, should I file a complaint?

So I finished first in a weekly contest at Covers and thought I won a $250 Free Play with 6X rollover at BetJamaica, I understood the rules as all it takes for full prize eligibility is $100 in action for the complete 2011 season but Herman told me it is $100 weekly so thus only got 25% which is $62.50.

Here are the rules below:

Prize Requirements & Eligibility:

· All winners must have a registered BetJamaica account.
To be eligible for the Top 10 and Grand Prizes, all accounts must have wagered a minimum of $100 in real money wagers at BetJamaica after March 31st, 2011 and prior to September 1st, 2011 otherwise you will receive 25% of the free play value
· Weekly winners must have a registered BetJamaica account and have made at least $100 in real money wagers at BetJamaica during the 2011 MLB regular season. *Your wager must be made any time before Saturday 1pm EST of your prize winning week otherwise you will receive 25% of the free play value.
· 6x rollover required on all contest prizes (except for the Grand Prize). For example if you win the weekly $250 prize you will need to wager $250x 6 for a total of $1500 in the sportsbook before you can request a withdrawal.
· Prizes are awarded as BetJamaica Free Play Betting Accounts
· Only one account per household/ IP address, multiple accounts not allowed. ID may be requested for account verification

The way I read it is you should get the $250 FP. It says for a weekly winner $100 must be bet during the MLB season.

The way I read it is you should get the $250 FP. It says for a weekly winner $100 must be bet during the MLB season.

Fookers, I won my three team parlay with my $62.50 Free Play, would have been four times more if I had gotten the full $250 Free Play!

I think youre going to have to run our complaint through Covers since it was their contest. Not that we don't want to help but being a promo with a third party, have to check with them about if their wires were crossed. Congrats on the win.

I only go there to play some contests that are run by reputable books like BetJamaica and JustBet, that is the only quality of Covers.
