You could be right ... but if there is a small chance that you are not, it might affect SBR a lot if they don't take the proper measures ... it's not like SBR closed shop and left, you can still buy lots of stuff with points ...

CS - as I said earlier, while SBR and the servers are in CR, Sam and the fulfillment boys operate north of the border in TX ...

I doubt anyone is foolish enough in the present climate to exchange points, magic beans, pocket fluff, or anything at all for offshore sportsbook plays/cash while sitting in the United States of Repression ...

Bruce - then you should know that there not need be a 'bank transaction' to breach laws on gambling ... the charge put forth in such a theoretical situation would more likely be facilitation or being part of a conspiracy I should think.

Incorrect. The UIGEA prohibits "gambling businesses from knowingly accepting payments in connection with the participation of another person in a bet or wager that involves the use of the Internet and that is unlawful under any federal or state law." That is the main thrust of the law.

Individuals are not affected nor prosecuted under this legislation-but it is why many books refused to take US based players.

No payment is accepted via a free-play which is why I thought we had those here in the first place.
