At the top of this screen, under SBR Store, use the dropdown box. When you click on cash or freeplays you don't see them there?

The SBR point system will be fine no matter what happens with free plays for US players. If we can not give free play awards we will give gift cards and other pre paid type ************ along with all the other merchandise.

In the meantime I will ask Sam to make more gift cards available like pre paid Mastercards and such. As most know we stopped allowing points transfers in the Service Plays forum because of lawsuits from scum...errr, touts,(my apologies) whom claim players are in essence buying the picks from SBR.

The points program is a very simple concept but it also can be twisted to make it look like something it is not.

Perhaps I am being overly pedantic, but it strikes me that the wording in Section 5362/5363 are sufficiently broad and all-encompassing in a few spots so as to cover just about anything the DoJ wishes to argue that it does.

(1) the definition of a bet or wager ...

A. "means the staking or risking by any person of something of value upon the outcome of a contest of others, a sporting event, or a game subject to chance, upon an agreement or understanding that the person or another person will receive something of value in the event of a certain outcome; "

I fail to see how one could argue that "a point" is not something of value.

viii(II) kills off betting points being excluded as it specifically states game or contest

ix(III)(aa) puts paid to any attempt to call points gambling permitted fantasy games

Arguably 5362 could read that allowing a points casino/sportsbook is in breach.

5363's wording go on to allow them to designate anything they wish to be a financial transaction to be susceptible to these regulations, so if 5362 reading above were to hold up then SBR would be considered in the business of booking bets and being in breach due to the need to transfer points to or from your sportsbook account prior to placing a wager.
