    Stock pick SWRL
VERY small company ($1 million market cap) but they are signing a bunch of franchises at $15,000/piece (up to 60 locations now).
Their balance sheet shows no debt and $1.8 million in net cash/property.

I see this stock doubling in pretty quick fashion and could easily be worth $10 million pretty quickly.

i never said to buy it at $4

i am responsible for today's volume at .32, just found out about it last week and got in from .28 to .32.
looking to get out in the .70 or so range but might hold depending on news flow.

              yes eddie

just multiply $15,000/franchise for the 60 or so that are going to open + 3% of their net sales to see how much cash they will be taking in.
if they get to 300 (or 1/10th of their goal of 3000) franchises this stock is worth $1.20/share just based on the initial fee

not much growth in going from 2 cafes to 60 already signed for?
and possibly to their goal of 3000?

granted there's risk but to say not much growth is ridiculous.

You'll get out at .70 as soon as you get some other suckers to buy it. Screams pump and dump! Good luck getting enough volume to ever get out at .70. How much is your position?

i don't think i need other "suckers" to buy a stock with no debt trading at 1/2 of book value. if i wanted to pump and dump it i would've posted on yahoo message boards all over the place.

geez try to do some guys a favor around here and you get accused of all sorts of things. same reason i'm not posting my picks for free any more...

i found it when my wife was asking why there weren't any tcby yogurts around last week. i remembered a place in vegas and found the stock.
when i looked at the numbers and the franchise news i was quite shocked at how cheap the stock was and i think there is an exponentially better chance of it going to .70 than going to 0 (hard to go bankrupt with no debt and a bunch of cash/property).

                              that's awfully close resler, it's 20,000 shares.
feels good owning 20,000 shares of something until i realize it's only $7,000...

resler i thought they double-counted trades on the nasdaq in the past for volume?
i can guarantee they didn't double count those 3000 yesterday and 13000 today??

Well good luck Mike. I have bought a few penny stocks and all have gone bankrupt. I have found that usually the only people that money with there are the pumpers that get in at the bottom. Want to start a blog and start pumping stocks with me, haha.

i made a lot of money on a small pig biotech about 15 years ago. i think it was something like sgrw.ob - i bought it at around .06 and it went all the way up to $3.00!
stupidly i sold most in the .50-.70 range but it was still around a 10-bagger if i remember correctly.

look at the balance sheet on this one - there's no debt so no possible bankruptcy! they are collecting tons of cash on these franchise deals, with a few more announcements and/or insider buys this thing could really take off.
quite often these penny stock companies go bust because they pay themselves a ton of money but these guys don't seem to be giving themselves much in the way of pay OR stock. with only $1 million company they really can't and the only way they make money is if they keep signing franchises and make the stock go way up which i think they will do.

have to wait until tuesday marigold.

don't place market orders on stocks like this with no volume though, if you want 10,000 shares (or 1,000 or 5,000 or whatever) then i would suggest putting in a limit price on the buy of .35/.36 or whatever price you want to buy at.
when the bid was .30 and the ask was .34 i was able to buy chunks at .32 so there must be some buyers and sellers behind the scenes in the middle of the bid/ask spread (which was .32/.38 at the close friday).

Correct. Now that I look, it's still pending. I figure that's it's worth a shot.

I never buy these little stocks. Just a way for insiders to make money. They would keep these little things private if they were serious about making money the majority of the time.

I believe in penny stocks as it is more reliable and there is less risk associated with it.
