Wow. We had some real heart breaks today. A last second 3 to win it for Texas. A 17 point comeback by UCLA to win, and a big time break down by Gonzaga to lose it. And the greatest thing today............

In a tournaments such as this current score is a rather inexact measure of win probabilities. To wit, Winston and cooljh are both tied for 6th place (with xxx) but yet Winston has been mathematically eliminated and cooljh has only one chance out of 512 to tie for third.

On the other hand, imgv is currently tied for ninth place but yet would be assured an in the money finish with two more UCLA victories (and indeed would be a favorite for a first place finish). Bookie, tied for 13th place still has some very decent outs, and stump currently in a four way tie for 20th place with former first place resident BigDaddy (now eliminated) still finishes in first under almost 10% of all remaining scenarios and finishes in the money in almost 17%.
