they are genuine, professional but friendly as well.

They are legit bro. I've cashed two checks from them, settled with them once. They need your legit information to process your withdrawals, so best advice I can give you is be honest with it bro.

Come this week they offer debit card withdrawals, I was fortunate enough to make a nickel and change with them tonight so I'll be testing those out next week.

i would like to know how as well, not because i owe money or am expecting any, just curious what types of laws/legal avenues they have at their disposal...is it just constant e-mail and phone calling??? Can they mess with your credit???? I am interested as well...

The only thing I will say is if you are wondering how or when or what u have no intention of playing or paying. So I recommend you don't play so you don't have to worry.

same as me...i would like to know what courses of action they have against all players how to go after people who don't pay....i play there, have a 1200$ balance so not worried about someone going after me, but I AM wondering what if anything they CAN do...just looking for an honest answer to a legitimate question...

I am not avoiding any question.

I requested a payout late Sunday night, technically Monday at 1am, I also posted about that in this current thread in this post..

It came Friday morning, which I also posted in the link I just gave you. This was the last of the checks, this upcoming week they have the debit cards. Anything else you'd like to know?

Quite interesting ,and you were able to cash it too. Last time your bank released it in partial payments and now they just cash it.

When I say cashed a check, I am not talking about taking it to a check cashing joint, I am talking about going into a bank and depositing it. My bank has a policy where they clear out of country or out of state checks partially for 3-4 days. That is how they work.

As for the check delivery, all of the last checks were sent out through 2day courier service. This way most people would receive theirs before the new settlement week with the new debit cards.

i doubt i will play there,because i love the books i play at now.for what its worth i asked my dad if he wanted credit,he asked what he had to do,and i sad id,and he sad **** that shit.i have used my id to get debit cards from the rated a books,and i have never had a problem.credit wagering has got to earn a good rep from honest poster,for me to join them.my biggest question is, what happens when shot takers take their shot and lose,and dont pay.this model seems like it will fail.

"Mike" used to be on live chat all the time, when people started accusing pimike of working there theres no longer mike its just sam or george left. When someone posts about a delay in payment from a certain site theres various people who basically say calm down your payment will come.

Crazyl and pimike seem to have an alarm set for anytime a question is asked about creditwagering.com so they can defend it. why would you defend a book open ~2 months with a contract expiring of december 2008 so hard? because they paid you? bookmaker,betjam,wsex,hell even sportsbook.com has paid me always but i dont defend their honor on the constant.

i thought all requests had to be made wednesday and with the new debit card they will be loaded up and ready to use instantly!

i dont even owe them money at the moment but if some guy in a tent opens up wagers today gives me the celtics -19 on credit then the final is boston 110 atlanta 93 and i hear some guy screaming cause the same guy gave him the celtics -11 should i pay the guy who gave me then at -19? (for the sake of argument bets were made 11 seconds in between, not enough time for an 8 point line move)
