Mo, you gotta try this shit, pal! I'm phucken beat! I just did breathing squats. I do legs once each week and once a month for legs I do breathing squats. This shit will kick your phucken azzzz! Get in the power rack and put a weight on your shoulders that you can barely get 10 good form reps out with. Then when you hit rep ten, but don't rack it just yet! Oh no!
Even if it takes you 10 minutes and a minute between reps, you keep going till 20 reps.
Like they say, you WILL see the white buffalo when you get down in the hole bought rep 18 or so.
