I did say multiple felons, as in you convicted of 2+ felonies. I'd think after felony conviction #1 and spending some time in prison, you go straight, after #2 you have to make a good case why I shouldn't eliminate you ( since I have God-like powers here).

I'm not going to waste you over a couple felony drug charges ( with no other charges)...but most of these convicts have a long history of crimes.
