I remember many times in high school, a little punk would tell me i am dead after school.. then he'd come with 5 big goons and he would slap my face a few times and try to scare me, and of course, i couldn't do a thing cause his boys were with him, so he was acting real tough. but then when i'd see him next day in the hallway, he'd be all nice to me cause his buddies weren't there.

These punks like this kid are always tougher when they're not alone. and when they are alone, they change.. this is exactly what happened here.

How was he a bully? You have to be kidding me. He hit the bigger kid over and over for no reason. That is being a bully. Picking on someone you think will not hit you back. He even took a full swing at the big kid in the beginning. Little POS deserved what he got. I cannot see how after seeing the video the smaller kids parents can sue. But this does tell you about why kids are so bad. Instead of telling their kid he deserved it for picking on someone they turn around and are trying to sue. Hope the parents and their bully POS kid all end up in a car wreck. World would end up a better place without morons like that.

I just read online that it's believed the little kid got suspended as well, so there you go. He's no innocent bystander who happened to get body slammed out of the blue. He's a kid who bullied another one for 3 years and rallied up a group of thugs to do the same. Sucks to be him that he assumed he could hit the big kid and get away with it.

It might have been mentioned, but it was the big kid that got suspended and the little one received no punishment from the school, at least that's what I read???

Edit - there are different stories going around. Some say both got suspended others say just the big kid. I didn't notice any saying only the small kid though.

They kid did not go to far. There was more then one kid there to pick on him. All he did was slam a kid that was hitting him. Once the threat from that kid was gone he didn't touch him. So there is very little chance he would have been charged with anything that would stick IMO. He was no where near a murder charge.
