JJ - shove those light bulbs up your ass. You said the kid would be charged with attempted murder. No he wouldn't. He didn't have a plan cooked up to kill the kid if it had happened. If anything, maybe he'd be charged with manslaughter but at his age, I even highly doubt that.

JJ, this is how I look at it:

Think about when we were at school. There were bullies of all shapes and sizes but when you went home at 3:30 you were usually safe until the next day. Now kids go at each other on Facebook, Twitter, texts, email, etc rounding up little armies to go after their target and harassing him/her.

After 3 years of being bullied and a kid comes up and slaps you in the face, how would you react after never lashing out before? I'd probably snap. Three years is a long time to be bullied when you're that age, or any age for that matter. That little twerp went for it because he probably assumed the big kid wouldn't retaliate because he was a 'pussy' who put up with the bullying for 3 years.

Well, too f'n bad for the little kid. He instigated it and had been doing so for a long, long time. I'm not one for violence of any sort but I honestly can't find fault with the big kid. He snapped, plain and simple, and I think most of us at that age would probably do the same. Especially when there's a crowd around to see him be humiliated yet again by being hit in the face.

Sorry but the big kid gets my vote.

Because apparently he didn't want to fight and has never fought back when this has happened before.

Did you hear the twerp ask him "I heard you saying shit about me?" and Casey (the chubby kid) say "no I didn't say shit"? A mother of a boy who goes to that school said that this kid and his group of friends have been tormenting Casey relentlessly for years but he never stood up for himself because he didn't want to get into trouble and thought they'd eventually leave him alone if he just didn't do anything back.

That little small shit and his friends had this planned - hence why there was someone there recording it from the beginning and you can hear them egging the twerp on. They assumed that once again Casey wouldn't fight back and they could tape his humilation and blast it on Facebook to their friends.

As soon as Casey slammed him, he walked away. I would put money on it that if the tables were reversed and Casey was on the ground, that little shit would've kept going at him to look like a hero in front of his friends. There are a lot of stories coming out here about how truly awful this punk and his friends were to Casey throughout the years. I have no sympathy for that bully whatsoever.

Finance. I had to complete it between two universities as the one I originally attended didn't offer a specialisation in it at the time. Have never used it in my life so I was probably better off just doing the general one and being done with it.
