Most books will negotiate higher limits if they are phoned in. You might try that angle

tat, if you start a personal repoire with them, most will. Do you have a Bet Phoenix account? They are very friendly and they have never turned down any requests I have asked.

Yeah, I've found generally if you call them you can get higher limits, provided you're nice to them.
