They allowed a few posters before the SBR review to give feedback. The new software comes out the 28th and then they will take on new customers. They want new people to see the newer software. SBR is suppose to review them at the end of the month so I doubt you will see their review by the 28th. It is silly how people come into a thread after a month of discussions and make accusations.

That's fine and it's your business how you run your shop. I was just stating what I was told in an email from you. I inquired about opening an account and was told you were only taking on new customers based on the amount of their forum posts. Yes, I found that to be "silly"

I tried the horses tonight since it was brought up. I lost of course simply because I have no idea what I was doing. I've never even been to a track. It was fun some of the tracks had silmucast or whatever you call it. They were lightning quick soon as I finshed watching the race I could refresh my screen and see the lost. I've had a bad couple of days playing there seems like I cant even pick my nose. I tried hockey tonight too that didn't go so well either. Someone asked what all they had lines for well they have baseball soccer arena football hockey horses even politics . The really cool thing though is there is an event that they don't have you can call them up and they'll find you a line.As far as customer service goes in my opinion no one better. Sam and Dave are great they've helped me out allot.As far as the software goes its not that bad.Its very user friendly. Its a simple check system.So far my overall experience there has been great. I realky feel that they take time to know their customers. Wich in this day goes a long way.It shows the way Blackdog has made himself open on here to answer all questions.How many other books are dng that? When you throw in that you get paid the same day I don't know why anyone wouldn't want to play there.
