Survivor contest suggestion

(Normally I would post this under handicapping contest, however everyone seems to look at the players forum first)

I think it would be a benefit to all forum members to have running survivor contests in every sport year round. The prizes don't have to be extremely large but just having these contests year round would generate so much more sports related posts.

Thoughts?

it would be fun but not create a lot of talk...people would just post their picks and then go to whatever else it is they're doing.

Hmm. Yea now that I think about it you usually spend 1 post putting down your survivor pick and with exception to a few that are discussed further it's a one & done deal. So if you have 100 people in a survivor contest it means 100 more posts but nothing as far as real substance.

I still think the Survivor idea all year round would be a good idea. Just need to figure out how to generate more revenue to increase that budget.
