... on games that mean nothing? i am already off to a bad start today losing on a Holland soccer over and a bet I placed a couple hours ago i do not like now.

i have a feeling this is going to be a bad day but i need action... i think if i could just get past these next couple of days i'll be fine but i do not know.

any tips? i really, really wish my internet would just stop working for awhile. If i did not start off the day losing i bet i would of taken the rest of the day off.

really, any advice would be great. how do you guys ignore the action fix?

don't bet parlays, they will suck you dry, hard enough to win 1 game sometimes let alone a bunch together. Just do straight wagers and stick with the same bet amount each time

Thanks but i want to try and avoid betting today. going to go with what Insider posted. I know the parlay will not hit but let's say the first couple hit i will have my action fix for awhile.

There are games that deserve to be bet tonight. Start by clicking "live odds" on the top of the page and start checking betting %s and line movement.

Look for RLM, spreads/totals moving 3 or more points, and games were 70+% are on one side/moneyline/total. Those are the games that need to be handicapped.
