Rodgers played pretty well, especially with his receivers dropping so many balls. Big Ben sure didn't take advantage of the beat-up secondary.

my madden style ratings had Rogers at a 97 and big ben at an 83 before the game. its about the same after, big ben is soooooo overrated, he missed a bunch of throws this game. the big one when he should have led wallace to the pylon, had so so so much time and balance and a horrid throw. horrible.........rogers only problem is he is gretzky like in his anticipation and just makes it look to easy like anyone could have thrown it

Rodgers played in 1 SB and won it himself. Both franchises are heading in opposite directions as of 2011-12 season (if there even is one.)

we haven't won a superbowl since then but our win % is higher and atleast we've gotten to a superbowl and made the playoffs every year since one(still went 11-5). Still huge accomplishments. I mean, whats the coincidence? we haven't won a superbowl in 6 years? i can name 26 teams who havent won a superbowl in 6 years as well. So your expectation of the patriots is to win superbowl every year? good to know.

Big ben is good

Falcons are moving in the right direction and Matt Ryan is good for a young quarterback but he'll never be as good as Rodgers. He just doesn't think as fast and he doesn't have the same pocket awareness as of now. The thing that's going to kill him is that he's just not as quick as rodgers mentally or with the release. If Matt Ryan ever wants to win a super bowl he'll need a team ( he won't ever win if the Falcons only have 9 pass attempts). The Falcons need to build up their defense, Matt Ryan needs to get better. Maybe in 3 years Atlanta could win it but not anytime soon.
