    The Master's Golf Championship
I am getting in a Masters pool. I have to pick 5 players that will come in at the end of the tournament that will gross the most money. Of course Tiger Woods is a given but does anyone know anything about golf and could give me some more players that would finish where I would gross the most money. I would appreciate any suggestion in this Thanks...
If it seems to good to be true it usually is!!

I have a natural instinct to exploit market ineffieciencies!!

Ernie Els is generally tough at Augusta. He won the Honda Classic at the end of Feb. andis playing well.

Never discount Phil Mickelson at The Masters. Mickelson is also a Feb. tourney winner.

Zach Johnson has been strong this season so far and is the returning Masters champion.

Jose Maria Olazabal is always tough on this course.

Until they play the first round on Thursday, it's always a crap-shoot, but these are my best guesses early.

He's No.2 in Ryder Cup points, but not a particularly strong Master's player. Best finish was T13 last year. Without a strong putting stroke, Augusta will eat you alive.

                    Solid list, Sharky.

Justin Leonard and Sergio Garcia are also possible contenders.

Thats the point. Over the last three years, he has placed 28th, then, 22nd, then 13th. He is progressively moving up at the Masters. I think he'll crack top 10 this year.

Thanks guys for all the imput. I appreciate it. It is 50 dollars a pop and I think 10 to 15 people maybe more and winner takes all. The person with the biggest earnings for the tournament.

If you want to win a pool you need to have one to two slightly dark horses that no one else is likely to take so as to seperate yourself from the herd.

Often only need to look at a few of the less popular or lesser known guys who are on a bit of a roll going in.

                                  G. Ogilvie is a prime example

avoid mickelson/couples. They are playing bad and will not handle the conditions of the course. My dad is at Augusta Right now.

Also do not pick Zach Johnson he will not repeat.

goosen is a scrub. i would take tiger, phil, adam scott, geoff ogilvy, furyk.

best advice is to pick guys who will atleast make the cut. that way they are guaranteed to make money

dont bother with sleepers or scrubs who might no even make the cut.
