Say you have Chicago win to collect 1430, you put x amount on GSW to win the same amount as well. So whichever team wins you make the same profit. Obviously you can hedge as much or as little as you like.

or even if you dont win the same amount, you can sometimes insure a profit regardless of the outcome by going the other way later.

Yeah you'd need to use a site that offered in game betting and hope that the Bulls get off to an early lead. GSW's odds would probably go out a bit and you're getting the right odds to hedge.
