I sent the company a final letter stating that if they do not respond I will pursue legal action. The letter did the trick because the check was overnighted to me yesterday. Looks like one big headache is taken care of.

I was wondering about this a week or so ago. I am glad that you were reimbursed! I hate that we have become a lawsuit happy society, but unfortunately, threatening a lawsuit at times is the only way you can get something done.Comment -
Yea, I would have been pissed if I had to do lawsuits. Now with that headache set aside I can focus on what my future is going to be like. I might be getting a graduate assistantship. If that happens I will be staying here until I finish grad school. If the school doesn't give me a grad assistantship I'm relocating to an area that has a good set of Marketing opportunities - preferably down south.Comment -
