they get what is known as "top surgery" where they have there boobies removed and it looks a little like this

Rod, I'm a long time gambler, but new to the SBR. I've been training for many, many years and my one piece of advice for you.......PUT SOME GOD DAMN WEIGHT ON THE BAR. Your chest (actually entire upper body area) appears that you're either spending too much time using the machines in the girls room or not climbing under a bar and pushing enough weight. With that being said, I wouldn't mind having your waistline (no literally....please don't PM me )

Yeah. A lot of guys these days think that being in good shape just means being as cut as possible. There's not as much emphasis on muscles and strength in modern gyms. You've got guys who know the elliptical machine inside and out but are afraid to go anywhere near the squat rack.
