Anyone Ever Have Water Damage in a Vehicle?
Fukking girlfriend drove my car into a flooded portion of a road because she wasn't paying attention. Water got into the floorboard - enough to be damp and soaked a couple towels cleaning it up. The bad part though ... I hear a weird noise today when accelerating. She doesn't seem to understand why I'm mad .. because it was "an accident" .... to which I said great, if your dog's leg got broken because I accidentally wasn't paying attention ... do I get a free pass?

Fukking brand new car I just got in October. Under warranty, but closest dealership is 45 miles away from the rural shit hole I live in. Probably have to suck it up and pay to go to a local mechanic before the shit gets ruined. Just venting ... fuming actually. FML.

I don't think that his warranty would cover neglect or abuse.

Nice car but you should have your tires jacked up

I love cars and trucks with real high tires

I feel in charge on the road, I guess little man syndrome

Once drove my car into 3ft of water. That was all she wrote. Cars and deep water don't mix and usually ends badly.

chilidog is correct too. Just looked over the warranty. This shit won't be covered. Only plus was it was not a shitload of water, but god damn it ... did not need this expense.

Not that anyone cares, but good news today ... the only problem was a seal was blown out near the steering column and has been replaced .. fo' free.

Comprehensive loss......won't effect your rate. Call your insurance agent and he/she should tell you the same thing.
