UCLA has gone to 2 straight final fours...have an experienced coach and players from last years team..and as a one seed they will not be happy about having to comeback like they did...this teams feet won't be too high at all...they will know what to do...they've done it before...and will do it again..don't under estimate what an ugly win can do for your team...anything less then a final four is failure for them..i've heard Howland many times on radio here in LA talk about the fear of losing...he has the fear of losing every game they play and tries to place the same fear in his players...some days are better than others but a win is a win...

You tell me........isnt this a foul? Last play of the game when A&M tried to tie the game at 51. This is the type of thing that pisses me off. The officials turned a blind eye on the play. Just too darn bad that their isnt an honest person in this world anymore. At least send the kid to the line....thats all we were asking. Conspiracy Theory is alive and well in college hoops as well.

I was merely saying that it's human nature to overestimate yourself when you beat a team in the tournament by 70-29. If you want to make fun of that assessment, go right ahead. Just allow me to return the favor by pointing out that that cool irony is coming from the same person who opened this thread crying like a baby.

laughable. ucla has been cheated for all season. they shouldn't have gotten a 1 seed to being with.

First, I'm not a UCLA fan at all.

Sure, UCLA's benefited from favorable calls, particularly their second meeting with Stanford (horrible officiating) and the following game against Cal. They were fortunate to win those games and deserved to lose both. So what? They also beat Michigan State in non-conference play and went 8-1 in league games in one of the top 2 conferences in the country. Comparing this team to Duke is absurd. Saying they "suck" is just being ignorant.

No team is going to roll through every game in the tourney. And last time I checked, A&M's talent was far greater than your average 9 seed. Instead of focusing on the fact they narrowly escaped defeat last night, how about appreciating the fact they came back from 10 down in the 2H? Or Love's big shots and defensive effort down the stretch? Or Collison's unrivaled ability to carry his team to victory?

UCLA plays defense as well as any team in the country, they have the best big-game player and clutch performer in CBB, obviously a great inside player in Love, great complimentary players in Westbrook, Shipp (clearly needs to give the more offensively) and Mbah a Moute (playing hurt), as well as a top 5 coach. This team's fully deserving of a No. 1 seed and one of the favorites (if not the favorite) to cut down the nets whether you guys want to believe it or not.
