Sorry bro but how old was Kobe during their 3 championship runs? 22,23,and 24? HAHAHAHA, MJ would have made him his little BITCH pal!! Trust me Bulls would have had no problem with that team

Yeah that's what I was thinking. I think Shaq alone would have dominated, but the end result would probably have been like the Eastern Conference Finals in 1996, Bulls 4 Magic 0. Lakers maybe get 1 because 2001 Phil Jackson knows how to get into his old players heads, but Bulls still win.

no one was beating the bulls

jordan is the greatest of all time

no one has been/will be greater

you see lebron step up for the winning 3 pointer vs Washington...?

Michael's goes in...that is the difference

No they wouldn't have. Are you crazy...Shaq gets his points but Kobe would have been shut down. Kobe wasn't as good as he is now back then. Not saying Kobe was bad, but MJ was a Premier defender... Kobe doesn't play as good D as MJ did, and Kobe wouldn't be guarding MJ, but he couldn't have guarded Pippen either....

You guys forget that pippen and jordan use to come down and double team strip post players all the time. These two guys were like having Dovermans on you until they got the ball back... also Shaq couldn't make a free throw if his life depend on it. Let alone two in a row... Shaq gets his points get into the bonus quick and watch Shaq miss free throws.

Now also mentioned that Phil Jackson coached both of these teams... Takes Phil Jackson out of the equation both times...now tell me who you like...

Should do a poll on this and see who wins... Bulls win the series 95% of the time or more.

I really can't think of an NBA team better than that Bulls team.

I'll take the Lakers' Phil Jackson over the Bulls' Phil Jackson. More experience, been there & done that attitude of confidence. Plus, he probably had special motivation with the Lakers to prove he could do it without Jordan. With the Bulls, coaching was simple, just get the ball to Jordan.

That team did everything ridiculously well.

Didnt we see a lesser team take care of what was left of the 80s lakers in 1991? Magic became an ordinary player with scottie pippen guarding him. That pretty much takes care of the Lakers as Magic was so good that people overrate the rest of his teammates when he was the sole reason they were so good. One man's opinion of course.

The bulls had four ridiculous players.

The best rebounding power forward ever.
                                  The best player ever.
                                  The best small forward ever.
And the player with the highest offensive rating ever(Steve Kerr)

                                  All in their prime.

sorry no team can compete with that

The Bulls were the most popular team with the most popular player ever. But they were not the best. They had no low post game, and the first team with a great center would have buzzed sawed them.
