I misspoke in my initial post, the PRO Program began in September so the first wave of PRO's would need to renew the following September... but PRO's that joined in October onward would renew exactly 12 months later.

You guys planning on adding any other status'? Like if you're a pro already, and you DEPOSIT another 500 you become a higher level pro, where you don't get infractions for calling people cunts?

As much of a jest that this post is... I would actually like another level of PRO. Keep the original "Pro" status the same, but have an option for something like "Elite Pro" or whatever u want to call it. Players that can prove a hold of of a more significant amount in a sports book should be able to have extra benefits. A further discount in the store? More points / day for contributing? Zero fees on point transfers between Pro's, etc. There's lots you could do with it.

the second part seems to contradict the first part. obviously it does matter if they set the limit at $1000.

What I mean is don't request a payout from one of your books in August. Just keep the balance their until they approve your Pro membership and then cash out. I always have several hundred in my books at that time of the year because I bet soccer in the summer so I don't see it as a problem if the requirement is $200 or $400 for Pro membership in September 1st.

Anyway, this is classic business. It's a lesson to everyone.

My lesson: While I knew in advance that "there would be some changes coming," I mistakenly thought they would only affect non-Pros as an incentive/inducement to register an account as Pro, which is, of course, how SBR makes some of the their money. I see that Pros aren't 100% on board as well. I didn't foresee that.

You seem like a pretty good handicapper which is who the points are for. Surely you can understand the the book's who pay for this aren't in the business of feeding all who sign up free pizza and need to know they are supporting active players. To compare sportsbooks with our free (and volunteer) rewards here doesn't make sense.

People really need to quit trying to blame this on trixtrix. I believe SBR said on multiple occasions there would be no price increases until football is over and football is over in February. The price increases were part of SBR's plan all along.
