    2-team teasers with NYG/Min
If one of 2 legs is no-action (and this is NOT a tie), the teaser reduces to a 1-leg teaser. If the book has no payoff for a 1-leg teaser, this whole wager should be no action. If the canceled leg is being treated as a "push", and giving you the chance to lose a teaser that cannot be won, you should complain.

Any 2-team teaser with NYG/Min should be no action, regardless of whether the other leg won or lost.

Excellent point. Luckily this does not affect me.

Quite a few square sportsbooks use the shitty rule that if one team in a 2-team teaser is a loser, then its graded a loser no matter what happens in the other game. Win, push, loss, or postponed. Does not matter, its graded a loss.

Example: Bet Phoenix uses this shitty rule.

Sportsbooks that use Las Vegas rules should grade the 2-team teaser "no action" involving the postponed NYG/Viking game. No matter if the other teaser team wins, pushes, or loses.

        Chuck Sims,

There is a difference between a push and a "no action". A book that says push + loss = loss is fine. But that min/nyg game is not a push. If a book does not have a rule on point, and teaser that reduces to a 1-team teaser is no action, regardless of how that 1 team resolves. This has come up before in pre-season with games getting canceled early due to lightning.

If you have a 1-team teaser graded as a loser, you should pitch a bitch.

The 3 books I use all had disclaimers saying that all original bets on the game were cancelled

I fail to see how no action is different than a push.

push means u tied the spread and receive $ wagered back. no action means game never began due to weather or change of players (in mlb for pitchers.) the biggest matter as justin7 has pointed out is that if a sportsbook says your teaser bet with a game that should be no action is a push than they have an edge bc the teaser is min 2 teams and has the possibility of losing when it should be returned to you no matter what....

In a PUSH, the event occurred. Wagered funds were at risk. The wager could have won, lost, or pushed. The end result was a push. As a result, all bets are refunded and parlays are reduced accordingly.

A wager is graded NO ACTION when certain stipulating events defined in the rules did not occur. For wagering purposes, the event does not exist. Funds were never at risk. As a result, all bets are refunded and parlays are reduced accordingly.

The end result is the same for both grades (all bets are refunded and parlays are reduced accordingly) in all cases except 2-team teasers.

Sorry, there is no difference. Spend more time valuing the .0001% chance of a cancellation into your bets if it's going to make you so butt hurt when it happens. Two-team teaser grading is patently f'ing unfair, but the rules are known up front.

No one would figure this into their bet

He is just stating that the bets should be no action.
