#2If it's finacially possible without having a tiny roll, I'd split your money between Bookmaker and Matchbook.Comment -

#3I can't fault either one of those selections your considering, however WSEX seems to be having some processing issues these days. So you might want to take that into consideration.
Bookmaker is a solid book and all, however between the high withdraw fees and the .20 cent lines they will be using for baseball. I think DSI would be the best route to go if you want the security of a Cris powered book, plus they offer a dimeline for baseball.
I guess if I had to recommend a book to you it would have to be BetJamaica. I mean they really do offer everything you could ever ask for from customer service to extremely prompt payouts. Not to mention the fact that they will be using a dimeline in baseball up to -190.Comment -

If you can't use 5 Dimes, then Matchbook, Jamaica and DSI are the best MLB options.Comment -

#5I was actually going to recommend Matchbook LT. However, the reason I didn't was because the low liquidity issues they have for day games.Comment -

#6Never heard of DSI Dan. I can keep my BookMaker acct, and get a DSI acct too right? Or do they give you problems for having both? Also, what are the limits? And, do they allow you to go over that if you phone in?Comment -

#7I believe you can have both (I hope so since I want to open a DSI account for MLB) for all the reasons Dan said.Comment -

#9I placed 7 NBA wagers yesterday on matchbook.... while most misinformed cappers were wagering at -110 at other books, the AVERAGE price I got at matchbook was -102Comment -

#11No matter which book(s) you choose, Wsex is always great to have as they usually don´t copy lines from the other big books.
Another good mlb book that comes to mind is Jazz.Comment -

#13So -102 becomes -104ish. That is still superior to the conventional books.
Plus I have seen one-cent lines at Matchbook for MLB, which is even better than 5 Dimes nickel overnights after commission.Comment -

#18Actually if that gentlemen is a first time player at one of the DPT Sports Group family of books. Then I would recommend ABCIslands over Jazz for baseball, because the payment solution fees are virtually the same for U.S. players anyways. Not to mention Jazz dimeline breaks at -144 opposed to ABCIslands -190 break point. Besides if he happens to get "the boot" from ABC, he would be forced to play only at Jazz there afterwards.Comment -

#20Be careful with WSEX. I have been waiting 49 days for a $1000 check from these guys. They are a slow pay book with poor customer service (not answering e-mails, making promises to pay that are not honored, etc.). At one time they were a top tier book. Things have changed.Comment -

#21Does anyone really know what the problem is with WSEX. Herminator is not the first complaint, the board is loaded with them. Is this a temporary situation or perm....?Comment -

BBD, couldn't players instead transfer their balance to Matchbook and w/d from there to avoid these processing issues? Or would that require a rollover?Comment -

I guess the best question to be asked is if that withdraw was done via a overnight fedex check or regular mail. Because from my understanding as of right now fedex checks are being processed just fine.Comment -

#24Lookin for a new book?
Guys-
Beyond the fact that I have been waiting 50 days for a $1000 check (regular mail), there are some other issues with WSEX that I find disconcerting They did respond to my thread on another forum and defended by "misremembering" their disclaimer on the WSEX website. It states "Due to the high volume of draft requests, accompanied and brought on by the loss of alternative money transfer methods, there may be some delays in processing your withdrawal".
They further state "Regular mail may take up to 20 business days for delivery. Courier may require 4-7 business days".
In their post, WSEX says "Our website says 20 days for regular mail but also adds a disclaimer that says due to the high volume of withdrawals it could take a little longer". This might be nitpicking on my part but I get the distinct impression that omitting "Up to 20 Days" and adding "it could take a little longer" was a deliberate attempt to mislead.
Incredibly the WSEX spokesperson says "There are three people here out of thousands who are complaining because their regular mail checks have taken more than the 20 business days".
They fail to address the fact that many customers are using transfers to other books to avoid slow paying. My guess is that it is only a matter of time before they make the outgoing transfer fees so onerous as to be prohibitive. The books receiving the funds are going to get tired of being used as conduits for people wishing to withdraw funds from WSEX and they will probably seriously increase their rollover requirements.
It is not a pretty picture with March Madness just around the corner. My business is headed straigt to the Greek, Bet Jamaica and 5 Dimes. If WSEX cannot pay in a timely fashion after the Super Bowl, is there any reason to think that this oversight will be corrected after the high volume of March Madness?Comment -
