I just sat in Chat for five minutes or more after being transferred to "Larry" - guy said ok when he first came on and then nothing. I asked if there was anything else I needed to do, no response. For $25, I've got better things to do if they don't credit it to me. Not even made, just kinda made me laugh that the guy did not respond. Wondered if this is how they try to get people not to use the FP.

Phoenix is so bush league. On live chat yesterday for 40 minutes asking for the freeplay. 3rd monkey I talked to, Jason, finally said he got it credited and to check my acct in 30 mins. This morning, 18 hrs later, still not in my acct. Not sure why I bother answering phone calls and emails from this book anymore. It was easy beating them for $4k last year during the 100% freeplay extravaganza, but they seem to be useless these days.

I got the same terms with Betmania.

I don't think many will cash out on this. Only 12.5% should hit the parlay, so 87.5% will be gone today.

If we hit it we will have about $150 and we need to keep it at around $150 while rolling it over 10X. Most will fail at that ( probably over a 90% failure rate).

My method ( if I even hit the parlay) will be to bet $5 on anything and everything randomly using the whole balance everyday for about 10 days. I'll have to hit about 52.4 % over about 300 plays ( 157-143) to retain the $150. There is no point in making a bet of $50 or $100 or more since you can't cash it if it wins. Bombarding them with tiny straight bets is the best way to go, IMO. You should have about $75 left going 150-150, then you could bet it all to get to the $150 limit or lose it.

I wonder what it might cost to cash out $150 ? I think they would then offer to convert the $150 to a real cash account with no restrictions. The limit is a real PIA !

I'd use the Phoenix books if they transferred with others.
