Best cure for your health is to not watch the game live. I only look at the score periodically. I spend most of my time in front of the statue of Virgin Mary I have on my room praying on my knees for the win. It worked miracles so far.

Let me give you an advice. Only bet the games you cap every day. If you watch the game you bet you tend to make stupid mistakes, like making a 2nd half bet or chasing a game you haven't capped. You do not want to turn like the coach and lose $30,000 a year in gambling, do you?

I have stopped chasing and betting 2nd halves due to losing badly on them...lesson learned.
