5-10. i hate the high carb diet, but i really dont pay much attention to what i eat. i used to be able to run 2 miles in about 11 minutes, but that was back in the college days when i played sports.

yeah im 5-10 about 217. you're a young man, you could bench 365 if you wanted to after a bit. do you lift often? what do you bench right now? the bench press is a fairly useless exercise, i mean when are you going to have to push something from flat of your chest? its just a show things. a guy thing. shoulder press is my favorite useless exercise. i can do 105 dumbless a few times, but thats pushing it.

yeah i did some chest today. did 130s 7 times on the flat bench and then 120s 10 times on the incline. i didnt do much after that, did some reps with 225 but i was worn out by that point.
