my shape....i can do inclines with 125lb dumbells 7 times, i can bench 365, i can run a mile in 2-3 days.


we can run with each of those side bets. im not one to walk up and talk to many ladies, i have done decently over the years but i chalk that up more to luck than anything else. i havent seen a MSG pick yet so i dont know what my competition looks like, but you've got the personality already so i would have to hope you have 2 or less limbs to give myself some advantage.

5-10. i hate the high carb diet, but i really dont pay much attention to what i eat. i used to be able to run 2 miles in about 11 minutes, but that was back in the college days when i played sports.
