Virginia Tech beat previously unbeaten NC State.

Which---I can guarantee more voters will have seen than an obscure 1-AA result.

        Actually Fish.

It won't affect the computer rankings as much as you think.

Remember---there are 7 computer polls used. The highest and lowest get dropped---and a computer average is used. Two of the computer polls this morning have Boise #2. Sagarin has them #3 even with the JMU/Delaware result.

Boise' lowest computer ranking is 4th.

        Forget Boise for a second.

        Imagine this scenario.

Oklahoma, Oregon, Alabama, Boise, TCU, and Ohio State all run the table.

        Which two teams play?

That would be awesome. Absolutely awesome.

There are hundreds of scenarios at this time......WAY TO EARLY.

OHIO STATE runs the table, they are in title game............no question.

Their schedule is just to tough, a schedule that includes a date AT Iowa very late in the season.

I don't think it is that easy Fish.

Oregon is going to be rightfully pissed if they are left out of anything.

            Ditto for Oklahoma.

TCU and Boise will deal with being left out.

              I hear ya........

Oregon will lose though in all liklihood.

What really is going to piss off teams and people is if a ONE LOSS team makes the title game over a team undefeated..........which could certainly occur this year.
