The tournament is NL Hold Em, once it is your turn to act there will be a bet slider bar and box to type in a custom raise amount.

Hit Options at the top of the table ->More Options->Poker tab and then under chat you can set Dealer to silent.

Just got knocked out. Finished 111! The poker software plays pretty good. Not able to see my folded hand though
