If the Cowboys lose to the Bears....I would not be surprised to see Jerry fire Phillips.

Jones will be furious over this loss....Phillips might be gone as quickly as tomorrow. The Superbowl might be in Dallas this year, but the Cowboys will be watching from their vacation homes and Jones won't take it lightly. This team is so OVERRATED it's sickening.

I think Gruden is looking for a lot more autonomy that Jones would ever be willing to give...but I agree he would be a HUGE upgrade over Phillips.
