My Mac crashed four days ago

and I had to live with pc for three days, what fvckin torture. How do you pc guys do it? What a piece of garbage they are, imo.

God, am I glad I got this back. Apple said they had hard drive issues with this model but i was out of guarantee, I told them but I called you guys about this. They were nice enough to cover it. Would have cost over $300.

I felt that my Mac was easier to use than both of my pc's even with that bad hard drive. A little colored circle would rotate but that was all that happened until it just stopped. I don't know, I am no computer expert by far. But to me, the mac seems more intuitive. And on my wireless network it just is much quicker than either one of my two pc's. I guess that could be a number of other things, I just like mac.

Also, got a huge break because they paid for the replacement and the service center said that I would get a bigger hard drive because the one I had is no longer made. So now the mac is even faster. Haven't seen that little colored circle either. lol

Like I said customer service told me that this model had a propensity to have hard drive problems. They acknowledged that and serviced everybody when in warranty. However, they said they would make an exception for me and covered it even though out of warranty. I doubt if I was an exception, they knew a problem existed and they made good on it. That is my opinion.
