I mean 5-8 servings of alcohol in my system. So if you metabolize 1 serving per hour and are drinking for 5 hours before you bang it out you would be between 10 and 13 drinks (i.e. 12 oz. beer, 4 oz. glass of wine, 1 oz. shot).

For me after about 3-4 beers the performance suffers. Still get wood, the routine just isn't as sharp. With any amount of booze, the mind wants it more, the body doesn't always cooperate.
